for five longs, I watched a flower wilt away,

Vocal cover adalah sebuah kegiatan dimana seseorang menyanyikan sebuah lagu dari sebuah band atau penyanyi solo, dan biasa vocal cover ini di upload di youtube sehingga banyak yang akan melihat video tersebut dari penujuru dunia, tipe ini bersifat public atau ada yang dibuat hanya untuk dirinya sendiri dan orang lain tidak dapat mengetahuinya kecuali dirinya sendiri. Saya sendiri bulan - bulan ini sedang asik melakukan vocal cover di akun youtube saya ( alsky klaussadie ) dan hampir 4 bulan setelah saya buat akun youtube, saya sudah mempunyai 18 video ( vocal cover ). Pemerintahan elektronik atau e - government ( berasal dari kata Bahasa Inggris electronics government, juga disebut e - gov, digital government, online government atau dalam konteks tertentu transformational government ) adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan informasi dan pelayanan bagi warganya, urusan bisnis, serta hal-hal lain yang berkenaan dengan pemerintahan. e - Government dapat diaplikasikan pada legislatif, yudikatif, atau administrasi publik, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi internal, menyampaikan pelayanan publik, atau proses kepemerintahan yang demokratis. Model penyampaian yang utama adalah Government - to - Citizen atau Government - to - Customer ( G2C ), Government - to - Business ( G2B ) serta Government - to - Government ( G2G ). Keuntungan yang paling diharapkan dari e-government adalah peningkatan efisiensi, kenyamanan, serta aksesibilitas yang lebih baik dari pelayanan publik.

Pelaksanaannya Di Indonesia
Di lihat dari pelaksanaan aplikasi e-government, data dari Depkominfo ( 2005 ) menunjukkan bahwa hingga akhir tahun 2005 lalu Indonesia memiliki :
- 564 domain go.id
- 295 situs pemerintah pusat dan pemda
- 226 situs telah mulai memberikan layanan publik melalui website
- 198 situs pemda masih dikelola secara aktif
Beberapa pemerintah daerah ( pemda ) memperlihatkan kemajuan cukup berarti. Bahkan Pemkot Surabaya sudah mulai memanfaatkan egov untuk proses pengadaan barang dan jasa ( e - procurement ). Beberapa pemda lain juga berprestasi baik dalam pelaksanaan egov seperti : Pemprov DKI Jakarta, Pemprov DI Yogyakarta, Pemprov Jawa Timur, Pemprov Sulawesi Utara, Pemkot Yogyakarta,Pemkot Bogor, Pemkot Tarakan, Pemkab Kebumen, Pemkab. Kutai Timur, Pemkab. Kutai Kartanegara, Pemkab Bantul, Pemkab Malang. Memperhatikan berbagai kondisi pelaksanaan program e - gov seperti dibahas dalam di atas, maka langkah untuk merevitalisasi e - gov Indonesia sudah tidak bisa ditunda lagi. Banyaknya dana yang sudah dihabiskan tidak sebanding dengan hasil yang di peroleh. Namun pelaksanaan proses revitalisasi juga tidak bisa dilakukan dengan tergesa-gesa dan tanpa konsep yang jelas.
Kendala
Salah satu kendala utama dalam pelaksanaan e - government adalah kurangnya ketersediaan infrastruktur telekomunikasi. Jaringan telepon masih belum tersedia di berbagai tempat di Indonesia. Biaya penggunaan jasa telekomunikasi juga masih mahal. Harapan kita bersama hal ini dapat diatasi sejalan dengan perkembangan telekomunikasi yang semakin canggih dan semakin murah. Kendala lainnya adalah masih banyaknya penyelenggara pelayanan publik baik di pusat maupun daerah yang belum mengakomodir layanan publiknya dengan fasilitas internet. Terutama pada institusi pusat dengan unit pelaksana teknisnya dan juga dengan institusi lain dengan item pelayanan yang sama ( G2G= government to Government ). Dengan kata lain hal ini belum terkoordinir dengan baik dan masih kuatnya kepentingan di masing-masing sektor.
